Background Kanu Chidindu is currently a full time scholar in the Department of family and consumer, faculty of Agriculture, University of Delta, Agbor. She holds a MS.c in Food and Nutrition with purposeful objective of institutionalizing proficient skills among undergraduate students who will distinguish themselves in various fields of skillful and innovative positions. Tessy, has over the years nurtured an innate self-esteem provocative enthusiasm in building an envious career to ensure that she displays a teaching characteristics capable of creating change in her environment and beyond. She has authored and co-authored research journal articles, and has also attended and participated in seminars, conferences and workshops. It is her view, that there are more opportunities of meeting the dynamic revolving needs of individuals, families and the global communities.
